Challenge
A regional B2B platform needed a multi-tenant MLS dashboard that could scale tenants without collapsing performance — especially image-heavy listing views.
Approach
We built on Next.js + Xano with Cloudflare R2 for edge image storage, focusing on LCP, tenant isolation, and an architecture that would not require a rewrite at the next growth step.
Outcome

The challenge
Multi-tenant MLS products fail in predictable ways: noisy neighbors, slow media, and one-off customizations that block upgrades. The brief was a durable architecture, not a demo.
What we did
